Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is growing its residential field service team and is looking for experienced Plumbers who can work independently, communicate professionally, and deliver quality workmanship on every service call.

This on-call, Kanata-based role requires at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to diagnose and complete service calls while protecting homes from water damage.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete service calls independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of protecting homes from water damage during repairs.
• Ability to escalate when work falls outside approved scope and communicate with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and locate the source of leaks on service calls.
• Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, shut-off valves, drains, and supply lines.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and common household components.
• Complete dishwasher and laundry appliance water connections.
• Inspect systems for additional concerns and prevent further damage.
