Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance in Belleville, Ontario is seeking experienced plumbers to join our residential field service team. The role requires diagnosing leaks, repairing fixtures, and completing service calls while working independently in customers’ homes.

Applicants should have strong troubleshooting and communication skills, own tools and a reliable vehicle, and be available for flexible, on-call work. Training and dispatch support are provided to ensure quality workmanship on every service

Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
• Can diagnose and complete plumbing service calls independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understands how to protect homes from water damage while completing repairs.
• Knows when work falls outside their approved scope and should be escalated.
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and locate the source of leaks.
• Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, shut-off valves, drains, and supply lines.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and common household components.
• Complete dishwasher and laundry appliance water connections.
• Inspect plumbing systems for additional concerns.
• Respond to active leaks and help prevent further property damage.
• Test completed repairs before closing the work order.
• Photograph completed work and documenting service notes.
• Update appointments through the mobile work app.
• Travel between scheduled service appointments.
