Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking an experienced plumber to join our residential field service team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This on-call role requires you to diagnose and repair leaks, install fixtures, and perform preventive maintenance on service calls with minimal supervision.

You will work independently, manage scheduling via our mobile app, and communicate clearly with customers and the dispatch team to ensure high quality workmanship and timely resolutions while protecting homes from

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete service calls independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and locate leak sources.
• Repair toilets, faucets, sinks, valves, drains, and supply lines.
• Replace fixtures and common household components.
• Complete connections for dishwashers and laundry appliances.
• Inspect systems for additional issues.
• Respond to active leaks and prevent further damage.
• Test repairs before closing the work order.
• Photograph completed work and document notes.
• Update appointments via mobile app.
• Travel between service calls.
