Job summary

Northview is seeking a Groundskeeper for our Residential team in Yellowknife, NT. The role focuses on maintaining exteriors, grounds, and common areas to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming properties for residents.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform seasonal upkeep, inspections, snow removal, waste management, and general property support. We value reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or related field.
• Experience in residential or property environments is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building exteriors, grounds, common areas, entrances and walkways.
• Perform snow and ice removal and general outdoor maintenance.
• Conduct property inspections and address safety or cleanliness concerns.
• Respond to work orders and follow up on resident needs.
• Assist with turnover of vacant suites and delivery/collection of items.
