Maple Ridge Community Management, An Associa® Company, is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the West GTA to oversee a diverse property portfolio, including residential and commercial assets. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, finances, maintenance, and client relations within your portfolio.

You will lead meetings, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with condominium bylaws and regulations, contributing to excellent customer service and portfolio performance.

Formación

• Condominium Act experience in Condominiums – 3 years' experience.
• Reciprocal and shared agreements – 2 years' experience.
• Financial and budgetary management, insurance, and board relations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret bylaws, statutes, and regulations.
• Must have Condominium Management General License.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Prioritizing and executing business and project work from the portfolio.
• Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors promptly.
• Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (evening meetings may be required) and distributing minutes.
• Administering financial matters including budgeting, expenses analysis, and invoice coding.
