Job summary

FirstService Residential Canada in Toronto seeks a seasoned Condominium Property Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensuring properties are well maintained and operated per company standards. You will lead staff, coordinate with Boards, and deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold a General License, RC M or similar designation, and a Bachelor’s in Business, with strong financial accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Condominium Manager with minimum 5 years in the industry.
• General License in good standing; RCM or similar designation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in financial accounting, budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of Condominium Act and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
• Lead properties within assigned region and book of business.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to develop goals and communicate them.
• Ensure goals of the company and clients are met consistently.
• Manage a team across multiple properties with high standards.
• Oversee process improvements and quality control of operations.
• Provide leadership and assist in issue resolution.
• Maintain positive relations with Boards of Directors and staff.
• Conduct site inspections and propose action plans for deficiencies.
