Boardwalk provides Canadians with a quality, comfortable, home living experience, operating over 34,000 units across multiple provinces. The role focuses on ensuring customer care, site maintenance, rent collection and site operations, with evenings and weekends availability.

Applicants should have 2 years of customer service experience and may have post-secondary education. Proficiency with computers and tablets is beneficial, and a willingness to learn new systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Computer experience with web-based programs is required.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology.
• Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers.
• Applicants must be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ensure daily communication with all site Associates.
• Collect rent and follow up on defaults.
• Minimize vacancy and meet or exceed net operating income through resident service.
