Boardwalk in Regina, SK, is seeking a Customer Service/Property Associate to ensure resident well-being, process rental inquiries, and support site operations. The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong people skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Experience in customer service or property management is preferred, with post-secondary education considered an asset. The position entails administrative duties, coordinating contractors, and helping create a welcoming

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Resident Members.
• Love people, be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks, and take ownership of the site.
• Flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Maintain daily communication with site Associates.
• Collect rent and follow up on defaults.
• Maintain vacancy control and meet budget targets through resident service.
• Inspect vacant and upcoming suites; lease and show suites.
• Respond to rental inquiries within guidelines; conduct annual suite inspections.
• Prepare and deliver bank deposits; complete site administration.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain inventory; perform snow removal and cleaning as required.
• Touch-up painting; complete administration on a tablet.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader.
