Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker at The Beeches in the UK. You will support young people daily, helping build confidence, independence and life skills. Roles include safeguarding, maintaining records, and contributing to care plans.

A compassionate, resilient team-player with Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or working towards) is ideal. Salary is £27,497 per year, with sleep-in pay up to £700 monthly and overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location:The Beeches UK

Hours:40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary:£27,497 per annum

Sleep-in Pay:Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked)

Overtime:Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked
