Paragon Social Care is seeking a Children’s Support Worker to provide trauma-informed, compassionate care for children and young people in residential settings and community-based packages across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
The role supports daily routines, independence, education and positive role modelling, helping young people achieve their individual goals and feel safe and valued every day.
£17.50–£24.00 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)| £20.00–£28.00 per hour Umbrella
