Qualifications

• Completion of an Architectural Technology diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• 0–3 years’ experience in Single Family Residential Construction drafting is preferred.
• Experience using SoftPlan or any other drafting program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze building codes, by‑laws, and technical documents.
• Prepare computer-assisted design (CAD) drawings.
• Create and alter work production drawings for various home types.
