Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct work with unhoused community members.
• Minimum 2 years developing individualized service plans for un/under-housed people.
• Knowledge of housing first, harm reduction, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead shelter Resident Service Plans and advocacy.
• Build relationships to support residents in developing service plans.
• Conduct intake, assessment, service co-ordination, counseling, and self-advocacy.
• Assist housing location and funding opportunities, negotiate with landlords.
