Job summary

East West Urban Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Laurel, a luxury residential community in Denver, CO. You will welcome residents and guests, assist with front desk operations, and ensure a polished, professional experience while coordinating packages and access control.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies. Build relationships with residents, vendors, and coworkers in a service-first environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience, such as hospitality, hotel, property management, food and beverage, retail, or reception.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen carefully, understand resident and vendor needs, and respond professionally.
  • Comfort using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and learning property management and access-control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, professional first impression by welcoming residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
  • Provide general building information, answer incoming calls, and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage package intake and resident notifications while maintaining accurate delivery records.
  • Maintain secure key-control procedures, including authorization, identification, checkout, return, and accurate key logs.
  • Coordinate authorized real estate showings and building access in accordance with community procedures.
  • Support resident move coordination by completing required documentation, confirming mover insurance, and arranging move monitoring.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure environment by following building access procedures and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Provide neighborhood and community information while responding to resident and guest questions with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and use systems such as Microsoft Office, BuildingLink, key bank, and fob/access systems.
  • Represent East West Urban Management with a hands-on, service-first mindset and support additional resident service needs as assigned.

East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Laurel, a luxury residential community in Denver. As a familiar face at the front desk, you’ll welcome residents and guests, support building access and security, coordinate packages and key control, provide neighborhood information, and respond appropriately when urgent situations arise.

Job Details

Job Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Employment Status: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediately

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
