East West Urban Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Building Engineer to support the daily maintenance operations of Spire Owners Association, a premier 500-home luxury residential high-rise in downtown Denver. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, you’ll serve as the senior technical resource on shift while mentoring Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians.

Job Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $32.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: Rotation and weekends as needed
Employment Status: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediately
