Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The day-to-day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems, and showing units when necessary.

• Responding to emergencies and on-call duty, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property.
• Snow removal/salting at building entrances during winter months.

We are currently seeking a focused, energetic Resident Manager for our location at The Alexander. This is a beautiful 240 unit building located downtown on the Halifax waterfront.

What you will do

• The day-to-day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems, and showing units when necessary;
