Position Summary

We are hiring Live-In Resident Managers responsible for managing daily operations and administration of assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development, Marketing & Customer Service: Generate new business, set appointments, conduct showings, negotiate leases, post ads, respond to inquiries, address resident issues within 24 hours, interact professionally with tenants.
2. Property Repair & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and renovations, manage tenant maintenance requests, maintain safety systems, inspect buildings for deficiencies.
3. Upkeep & Area Maintenance: Manage staff for maintenance, ensure snow removal, cleaning, landscaping, and general maintenance of common areas and facilities.
4. Administrative Duties: Manage rental payments, utilize Yardi system for transactions and reports, handle supplies and paperwork, support other Resident Managers.
5. Other Duties: Attend training, supervise staff and contractors, perform additional tasks as assigned.
