Realstar in Sherbrooke, QC is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance and Customer Service assistant. You will welcome residents, ensure a warm, professional atmosphere, handle service requests within 24 hours, and support office administration for daily operations.

You will assist with cleaning common areas, maintenance tasks, event coordination, and safety procedures, including basic HVAC and repair duties, to uphold high standards of property management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous or similar property management experience is an asset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with common software.
• Ability to perform general cleaning and minor repairs.
