Westbow Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our property management operations across Western Canada. Based in a role that involves hands-on repairs, you will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and interact with tenants to ensure a high-quality living experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, experience in plumbing or boiler maintenance, and a commitment to safety and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, with preference for plumbing and boiler maintenance.
• Customer-facing role experience with tenants or residents.
• Grade 12 diploma required; trade training or certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics for building maintenance issues.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to tenants and explain repairs and timelines clearly.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance for residential properties.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors on-site.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
