Job summary

Sterling Karamar Property Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Barrie, Ontario to supervise a residential property with a focus on safety, service excellence and efficient operations.

You will oversee staff, coordinate leasing, process payments and paperwork, manage vendor contracts, and maintain strong resident relations to ensure retention and satisfaction. Requirements include at least two years in residential property management, fluency in English, a college degree

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in residential property management.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Ability to use property management software.
