Realstar, a leading Canadian property management firm, seeks a Property Manager to oversee rental performance, staff guidance, and budget adherence. You will supervise contractors, manage leasing and resident services, and ensure fire and life safety compliance across the property.

You will lead by example, coordinate month-end tasks, and promote a safe, inclusive environment while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in multi-residential or related industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of fire and life safety procedures is important.
• Strong customer service, communication, and staff coaching skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret budgets and operating plans.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with residents professionally to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and support district operations.
• Process leasing applications and conduct background/credit checks.
• Monitor maintenance, coordinate contractors, and oversee monthly close activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support various administrative tasks including lease renewals and notices.
