Centurion Asset Management Inc. in Huntsville, Ontario, seeks an Assistant Resident Manager to oversee leasing, administration and day-to-day operations of a Centurion apartment community.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will manage resources, contracts and supplies to keep the building within budget and standards. You will ensure rent collection, maintenance coordination and tenant relations while upholding Centurion’s standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellence in customer service delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with Resident-facing experience.
• Detail-oriented; able to resolve problems using facts and reasoning.
• Strong follow-up skills to resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as part of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with co-workers and Residents and resolve concerns promptly.
• Professionally handle Resident inquiries and maintain high satisfaction.
• Market, show, rent apartments, process applications and deposits, and ensure rent collection.
• Administer maintenance, review turnover, and prepare scopes of work for renovations.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready and building inventories are maintained.
• Adhere to policies, schedule preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies 24/7.
