Job summary

QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver is seeking a Leasing Associate to support lease-up of new residential developments across the Greater Vancouver Area. You’ll be the face of our communities—conducting tours, engaging with prospective residents, and supporting all steps of the leasing process onsite.

This fast-paced role rewards exceptional service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple leasing tasks while keeping suites show-ready and aligned with community standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Three years of relevant leasing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BC Real Estate License in Property Management or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and resident relations for the community, monitoring occupancy, lease conversions and move-ins.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, book tours and track activity in Yardi Voyager and Funnel.
• Conduct engaging community tours and showcase available suites and amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of suite types, layouts, availability, and market trends.
