In this role you greet residents and guests, respond to inquiries across in-person, phone, email and apps, coordinate move-ins and services, manage parcels, and collaborate with property management and service teams to

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including day, overnight, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or multi-residential environments.
• Experience in residential, hotel, or luxury service environments.
• Knowledge of resident apps, parcel systems, and property management platforms (e.g., Yardi).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests with a warm, professional presence.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across all channels (in-person, phone, email, resident apps).
• Coordinate and support resident move-ins and move-outs, including communication and access coordination.
• Support parcel management, delivery handling, and resident notifications.
• Maintain logs for resident interactions, deliveries, access control, and service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance, property management, and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
