Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field required.
• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of wellbeing principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement data per organizational guidelines.
• Support leisure profiles and update daily event postings.
• Help create and distribute monthly event calendars.
• Respond to emails within 24–48 hours on schedule.
• Maintain leisure areas and assist with safety policies.
