Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide in Kingsville, Ontario, to support residents with meals, setup, serving and cleanup. You will help maintain a welcoming dining experience, assist with tray delivery and catering, and support orientation of new dietary staff.

A Food Handler's Certificate and ability to lift heavy items are required, with preference for seniors-care experience. The role offers a part-time schedule in a community-focused setting with competitive pay and benefits, and

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Certificate is required.
• Previous experience in food service and working with seniors preferred.
• Must be able to lift and transfer heavy items and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests in a professional manner.
• Set up and prepare service items and deliver tray service as needed.
• Clear dining tables, clean dishware, and maintain dining area.
• Assist with catering and participate in special events and training of new staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations and department procedures.
