Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Penticton, BC is seeking a Property Manager in Training to help ensure our properties are well-maintained, fully rented, and staff uphold our customer service standards. This role will train you to become our Property Manager in the future!

You will assist in managing daily on-site operations, oversee rent collections, process leasing applications, coordinate move-ins/outs, and monitor facilities to maintain tenant satisfaction and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• High degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
• Ensuring vacancy goals are met including showing available suites and administering leasing applications.
• Assisting all move-in and move-out scheduling, coordination and inspections.
• Regularly inspect grounds, interior hallways, and all common areas and make recommendations for repairs and create work orders as needed.
• Confirming all vacant units/areas are ready to lease.

• Regularly inspectgrounds, interior hallways, and all common hallways and make recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacement and create work orders as needed
• Confirming all vacant units/areas are ready to lease

What you need to be successful:

• Minimum 3 years'experience in a management role
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
• Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience using an ERP considered an asset
• High degree of professionalism/diplomacy
• A valid driver’s license and reliablevehicle

What we offer:

You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $44,000.00 to $55,000 per year*, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
