• Qualification as Cook issued by a recognized authority per OLTCH Act.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in food/nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and prepare meals per standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Ensure meals meet prescribed diets, textures, temperatures, and portions.
• Direct and support Dietary Aides in food prep and service during meals.
• Monitor food supply quality, equipment operation, and alert manager to issues.
• Maintain records such as menus, deliveries, and temperature checks.
