Job summary

Fairmont Heritage Place, Nature’s Door in Whistler is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide exceptional service and support for owners in a slopeside residential setting. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and help maintain a high standard of guest care and property upkeep throughout a busy year-round property.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a mix of morning and evening shifts starting in mid-October.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Resident Assistant delivers exceptional service that enhances the ownership experience at Fairmont Heritage Place, At Nature’s Door.

We are looking for a candidate with secured Sea to Sky area housing. Due to our slopeside location, access to a personal vehicle is recommended, as we are not located on a transit route. Allapplicants require current Canadian work authorisation and a BC Driver's License.

Full-time (40 hours/week): Mon-Fri with a mix of morning and evening shifts. Mid-October start date.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Class 5 BC Driver's License in good standing.
• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, hospitality or a related trade is an asset.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for work orders, inspections and communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing competing priorities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
