Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talent for a Part-Time Residential Services Attendant role to warmly greet residents and guests, assist with inquiries, and help with packages as they arrive or depart. You may be stationed inside or outside the residence entrance and will ensure smooth service in a luxury setting.

The role requires excellent presentation, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 60lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
• 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a High End Residential or Hotel operation.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi task is required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 60lbs.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and assist with inquiries.
• Load/unload packages from vehicles and transport to residences.
• Assist Residential Concierge and with newspaper delivery or related tasks as needed.

About The Role

The Residential Services Attendant is an integral part of the Residential Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our residents and their guests are well looked after from the start. The Residential Services Attendant may be stationed inside or outside the entrance of the Residences to greet each resident and visitors upon arrival and departure to the residences. They also load and unload all packages from vehicles and assists residents and their guests with general inquiries about the local area. The Residence Services Attendant transports packages, dry cleaning, groceries etc. to the residences. They may also be responsible for newspaper delivery as well as assisting the Residential Concierge when needed.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language are essential. This position may require standing outside for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 60lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a High End Residential or Hotel operation.

The hourly wage for this role is $20.24 per hour.

Schedule & Hours

The ideal candidate will have a flexible work schedule and able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from as early as 6:00am to as late as 10:30pm.
