Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a skilled Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will handle orders, craft specialty coffees and teas, and ensure service aligns with our standards of excellence.

The role requires at least 1 year of barista experience, strong English communication, and a welcoming, guest-focused attitude. Applicants must have flexible availability to work weekends and holidays in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• At minimum 1-year previous barista experience in a fast-paced guest facing operation.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth.

About The Role

They will be responsible for providing an enjoyable expertly served experience while adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position will be responsible for handling orders, creating specialty coffees and teas, serving guests and other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons standards, learn the sequence of service and work independently is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

The starting hourly rate of pay is $19.38 and full hourly rate of pay is $21.53, not including gratuities.

Schedule & Hours

Successful candidates possess open availability and the ability to work a all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
