Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Contract Full-Time Quality Assurance Coordinator to support luxury service standards and brand expectations. The role is on-site in Toronto for a 3-month contract beginning September 2026, reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager.
Responsibilities include coordinating QA tasks, audits, KPI reporting, and collaborating with department leaders to drive improvements and maintain exceptional guest experiences.

This is a 3-month contract position, scheduled to begin in September 2026 and based on-site at 60 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto.
Supports the consistent delivery of luxury service standards, brand expectations, and operational excellence. Partners with department leaders to monitor compliance with brand standards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports the implementation of corrective actions. Through ongoing evaluation, reporting, and standards reinforcement, contributes to service excellence.
