Reporting to the Assistant Director, Facilities and Operations, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant Director, Facilities and Operations. The incumbent will connect frequently with stakeholders including our approximate 3600 students, staff and trades to provide information about work order statuses and answer any questions that arise. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting facility maintenance in Dining Services, as well as administrative support for the summer housekeeping season. The incumbent will help ensure that the Residence buildings are clean and lacking deficiencies by regularly inspecting all the Residence buildings and assist in addressing any issues.
