Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and daily reservation tasks efficiently.
