The Harris Poll is seeking a curious and tech-savvy team player to manage the day-to-day activities of vibrant online communities focused on customer insights. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives on variety, problem-solving, and execution. They should enjoy engaging with diverse groups and adapting communication styles accordingly.

In this role, you will learn and utilize our proprietary cloud-based research platform, QuestIC. You will work on projects for Fortune 500 companies across sectors such as Tech, Retail, Packaged Goods, Entertainment, and Financial Services. The Harris Poll is a global market research and consulting firm providing insights and digital tools to help build a better tomorrow.

This position is ideal for someone starting their career and seeking developmental opportunities in research. It can be remote or hybrid, based in NYC, Toronto, or Chicago.

Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with clients’ key customers through engaging environments, developing audience expertise, and supporting research activities.
2. Manage and execute online research projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, including:
3. Leading kickoff calls, defining project parameters, and setting timelines.
4. Overseeing all project phases, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
5. Handling project management tasks such as liaising with programming teams, testing links, monitoring fieldwork, and managing quotas.
6. Using our Harris Quest platform and other tools to monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks.
7. Fostering community engagement, understanding member opinions, and executing engagement activities.
8. Tracking community health and optimizing participation and communication strategies.
9. Developing audience insights from feedback to inform clients and teams.
10. Supporting member inquiries and advocating for members by creating FAQs.
11. Managing multiple projects simultaneously with creativity, time management, and communication skills.
12. Problem-solving collaboratively when issues arise and maintaining detailed project records.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Internship or related experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• High-level customer service and professionalism, especially with senior clients.
• Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
