The ideal candidate brings strong research instincts, an interest in data analysis, marketing strategy, human behaviour, and the ability to communicate findings in a way that drives ah‑ha moments, and well‑founded decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insight Development & Storytelling: Go beyond what the numbers say: translate findings into clear, compelling narratives, structure them into a clear point of view, and build presentation-ready deliverables that stakeholders can act on.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, planning, and senior management, to interpret data findings and guide strategic decisions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data collected and analyzed across various research projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously (coordinating with vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring every study is delivered on time and to a high standard).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (social sciences, marketing, business, psychology, or similar), and 1+ years of experience in research analysis with a demonstrated ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Research Methodologies: Familiarity with a variety of research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
  • Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex data as clear, executive-ready narratives for both client and internal audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to approach problems with a structured, methodical approach and recommend effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A postgraduate college program or master’s degree in a relevant field is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Advanced Analytical Tools: Experience with analytical tools such as DisplayR, SPSS, Q, R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research support, synthesis, and workflow efficiency is a strong plus.
  • Advanced Quant Awareness: Awareness of advanced quantitative techniques such as MaxDiff, segmentation, and cluster analysis is a plus.
