Job summary

Raglan Mine is seeking an Analyst – Industrial Systems to join our Operational Technologies team at Raglan Mine Site. You will provide technical support for industrial IT systems, maintain data acquisition platforms, and help ensure safe, reliable operations in a remote northern setting with a rotating schedule.

The role requires a college diploma in IT or industrial electronics, at least five years of OT/IT experience, and bilingual French and English.

Qualifications

• College diploma in IT, industrial electronics, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in industrial IT or OT.
• Experience with industrial applications, databases, and PI platforms.
• Knowledge of SCADA and HMI systems and cybersecurity principles.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for industrial IT systems and critical applications.
• Maintain, optimize, and provide customer support for data acquisition platforms, particularly AVEVA PI.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor the performance, availability, and cybersecurity of OT infrastructures.
• Participate in the implementation, integration, and commissioning of new industrial solutions.
• Administer servers, networks, access, and industrial IT resources.
• Contribute to the reliability, resilience, and continuous improvement of industrial systems.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, as well as suppliers, to meet business needs.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Technologies and Automation, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for industrial IT systems and critical applications.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• College Diploma in Information Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in industrial IT or OT systems.
• Experience with industrial applications, databases, and process intelligence (PI) platforms.
• Knowledge of SCADA and HMI systems and the principles of industrial cybersecurity.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
