Job summary

Glencore Canada’s Raglan Mine is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the Health Services team on site in Nunavik. The role supports employees with counseling and psychosocial care under a rotating schedule.

You will work with nurses, provide crisis intervention, and contribute to mental health programs, while enjoying a safe, supportive mining environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology.
• Have 5 years of relevant experience working with local communities.
• Be a member of a recognized professional association.
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
• Working knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.

• Provide counseling and psychosocial support to employees at Raglan Mine.

• Collaborate with the various teams at the mining site to manage different cases.

How You Contribute To Our World

Reporting to the Health Services Supervisor, you will work alongside our team of nurses. You will be responsible for providing counseling and psychosocial support to employees at Raglan Mine.
