Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in financial services collecting on delinquent accounts.
• Minimum 5 years combined experience with vendor management, repossession assignments or a position in the automotive finance industry.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
• Approve storage costs, settlements and third party assignments within authority.
• Improve workflows to mitigate loss and improve repossession rates and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk controls in day-to-day activities.
• Conduct timely collections and coordinate with external vendors for asset recovery.
