Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support for the Veeva CRM system, acting as Level 1 support within Sales.
  • Ensure system stability, manage changes, promote user adoption, and improve proficiency in Operations/Commercial Excellence.
  • Contribute to developing business and technical requirements based on CRM best practices to enhance business effectiveness.
  • Identify, map, and execute projects related to Veeva CRM for field-based employees.
  • Create documentation, user manuals, and training materials for CRM; train end users.

This is a permanent position based in Mississauga, Ontario, with a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key Tasks:
  • Write and execute SQL queries for ad hoc analyses and data extracts.
  • Develop and maintain reporting requirements and translate them into reports.
  • Support digital campaigns and customer distribution lists.
  • Provide Level 1 support for Veeva CRM and reporting issues, troubleshooting and escalating as needed.
  • Create and modify Veeva reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful CRM adoption.
  • Onboard new staff and develop training materials.
  • Manage CRM change implementations and support end users.
  • Maintain Salesforce alignments based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience; experience with IQVIA data preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva/Salesforce).
  • Experience with territory mapping software (e.g., Alignmix).
  • Understanding of data stewardship components.
  • Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
