This Report Developer position requires a strong Power BI skillset (5+ years experience) to develop complex reports, dashboards, and other data visualization solutions. The role involves collaborating with data analysts and other technical teams to translate business requirements into efficient data models and analytical capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for prototyping, testing, and deploying these solutions, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation, particularly within financial reporting. Some on-site work is required.

Responsibilities :

• Develop data access queries and analyses.
• Collaborate with data analysts on dashboard and end-user solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business departments.
• Build, test, and implement complex reports, dashboards, and other BI objects.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on report implementation.
• Build data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics.
• Perform financial data reporting and reconciliation.
• Prototype to develop business requirements for future implementation.
• Analyze, design, build, and test databases based on business requirements.
• Design functional test and technical deployment strategies.
• Research, document, prototype, design, build, test, and implement business intelligence and analytics capabilities.
• Design, build, and deploy data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics.
• Analyze, design, build, and test data models and their integration with third-party systems.
• Conduct research and prototyping of new business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

Required Skills & Certifications :

• 5+ years of Power BI experience.
• Technical solutioning and support skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Understanding and knowledge of DevOps and related tools.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies.

Special Considerations :

• Hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at 5700 Yonge.
