• Act as a liaison between technical and business departments.

• Experience in building, testing, and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and other data objects.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on report implementation to government staff.
• Build data models optimized for business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience in financial data reporting and data reconciliation.
• Prototyping to develop business requirements for future implementations.
• Analyze, design, build, and test databases based on business needs.
• Analyze, design, build, and test reports, dashboards, and other objects.
• Design functional test plans and technical deployment strategies.
• Research, document, prototype, design, build, test, and implement business requirements for advanced BI and analytics capabilities.
• Design, build, and deploy data models optimized for BI and analytics.
• Analyze, design, build, and test data models and their integration with third-party systems.
• Conduct research and prototyping of new BI and analytics capabilities to support government business requirements.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
