Are you seeking a new contract opportunity?

We are pleased to offer you a contract position: Report Developer

- Start: ASAP

- Estimated length: 11 months

- Location: Toronto

- Hybrid role: should be in the office 3 days/week

Responsibilities

1. Designs, implements, and maintains data analytics and reporting solutions for Project Portfolio Management.
2. Communicates with project and portfolio management practitioners to support report adoption, validate data, and solicit feature requests.
3. Works with SMEs to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
4. Assembles large, complex data sets, identifies logical connections, and automates data validation and ETL processes.
5. Contributes to the evolution of Project Portfolio Management processes and tools.

Qualifications

1. Strong technical background with proven experience in relational databases, data quality, analytics, ETL, and reporting.
2. Hands-on coding proficiency – MS PowerBI M language, Oracle SQL, JIRA JQL.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a software engineering background.
4. Outcome-oriented, capable of delivery and execution, able to identify risks and resolve issues quickly, influence outcomes across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
5. Ability to think abstractly and simplify complex issues or solutions into actionable tasks.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. 3-5 years of experience in defining solutions for complex corporate systems.
