Job summary

Work Authority in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking an organized E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist for a 1-year contract. You will process Shopify orders in Chain Drive, assist with picking, packing, and shipping, and help manage returns and inventory in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders by entering Shopify orders into Chain Drive with accuracy.
• Assist with order picking to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support receiving operations, including unpacking, sorting, and putting away inbound product.
• Receive, inspect, and process customer returns, following company guidelines.
• Assist with order shipping, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock styles or discrepancies to the e-commerce team.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and workstations; support additional warehouse tasks during busy periods.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
