Job summary

Work Authority in Delta, BC is seeking a Shift Lead for a temporary six-month contract (full-time hours). The Shift Lead will oversee store operations during shifts, motivate staff, ensure outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, at least 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office and other retail software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
