Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking an organized E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist (1-Year Contract) to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time from our Cambridge Distribution Centre.

You will enter Shopify orders into Chain Drive, assist with picking, receiving, packing, and shipping, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and shipping is required (e-commerce environment preferred).
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (experience with Shopify or Chain Drive is an asset).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders by entering Shopify orders into Chain Drive with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with order picking to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support receiving operations, including unpacking, sorting, and putting away inbound product.
• Receive, inspect, and process customer returns, following company guidelines.
• Assist with order shipping, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate low-stock styles or discrepancies to the e-commerce team.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, including product shelving, workstations, and shipping areas.
• Support additional warehouse tasks during busy periods to ensure team goals are met.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
