Excellence Auto Collision - Midwest in Toronto, ON is seeking a Repair Planner to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates. You will work with customers, insurers and technicians to ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely communication, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Applicants should have at least 1 year of collision-estimator experience and a valid driver's license. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to interact with senior leadership and other decision makers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history; able to drive a manual transmission.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Professional and able to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of contact to clients during the entire repair process.
• Examine and evaluate the client’s vehicle to determine the extent of damage (structural, body, mechanical, electrical, interior).
• Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for comprehensive OEM repairs.
• Inspect vehicles during repair for quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Set customer expectations and communicate the repair plan.
• Update clients on completion times, costs and changes to status.
