Excellence Auto Collision - Midwest in Toronto, ON is seeking a Repair Planner to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates. You will work with customers, insurers and technicians to ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to clients during the entire repair process.
• Examine and evaluate the client’s vehicle to determine the extent of damage (structural, body, mechanical, electrical, interior).
• Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for comprehensive OEM repairs.
• Inspect vehicles during repair for quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Set customer expectations and communicate the repair plan.
• Update clients on completion times, costs and changes to status.

Your area of focus.

As a Repair Planner, you will play a crucial role in assessingvehicle damage and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. You will workclosely with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure that allrepairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Serve as a point of contact to clients during the entire repair process
• Examine and evaluate the client’s vehicle to determine the extent ofdamage including structural, body, mechanical, electrical and interior damage
• Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for comprehensive OEMrepairs
• Inspect vehicles throughout the repair process for quality control toensure the entire repair is completed to client, Insurance and OEM standards
• Set customer expectations of required processing procedures andcommunicate the repair plan
• Update and inform clients on completion times, costs and any possiblechanges regarding the status of the repair process
• Compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, proper repairprocedures, legislative changes, and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients
• Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe working environment

What are the must-haves…

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role
• Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients

• Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets

• Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
