Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking a Collision Repair Planner/Production Manager to coordinate safe, efficient vehicle repairs from start to finish. You will align with technical teams, clients, and insurance partners to set repair strategies and schedules in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years collision repair estimating experience.
• Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell estimating software.
• I-CAR Gold Class certification (or pursuing).

Responsibilities

• Audits initial estimate and ensures compliance with Boyd procedures.
• Diagnose collision damage including structural and mechanical issues.
• Assigns technicians to jobs and orders parts.
• Ensure workflow and communicate repair process to clients and insurers.
• Maintain 40% gross profit on appraisals and 50% repair vs. replace targets.
• Document files and balance/appraise in MIS daily.
