Job summary

CSN Herbers West in Edmonton, AB, is looking for a well-rounded Estimator to join our repair team. You will use dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates, collaborating with autobody technicians.

You will provide exceptional customer service by explaining estimates, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional services when appropriate, while ensuring customers understand insurance deductibles and the repair scope.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an estimating role within collision and repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assess damage and repair requirements.
• Solid understanding of insurance processes and guidelines.
• Proven upselling capability while keeping customers satisfied.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and sales techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed.
