Job summary

VADA Property Management is seeking a Licensed Property Manager to oversee residential and multi-family portfolios across Metro Vancouver. The role focuses on relationship management, leasing, marketing coordination, and proactive problem solving within a collaborative team.

You will apply the Residential Tenancy Act, maintain documentation, and coordinate repairs while working with strata partners and owners to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Current Rental Property Management Licence through BCFSA.
• Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of tenancy acts and industry practices in daily operations.
• Manage client and tenant relationships with professionalism and judgement.
• Show and lease residential properties to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate property marketing to maximize exposure and leasing results.
